1. PANEER TIKKA MIRZA HUSAINI
Surati paneer marinated with cheese, cream, yogurt, roasted red chili paste and cloves. Cooked in tandoor, and finished with keora, butter and coriander.

2. VEGETARIAN GALOUTI KEBAB
Mince of vegetables ground to a fine paste with exotic spices, smoked with cloves and desi ghee, a complete melt in the mouth, just like the name suggests!!

3. PANEER DUM BIRYANI
Boiled rice cooked with cottage cheese on steam (without adding water) in exotic awadhi spices for the distinct flavour and aroma.

4. LUCKNOWI SUBZ QORMA
Lozenges of indian garden vegetables, delicately cooked "dum style" with a hint of saffron, kevra and special aromatic masalas.

5. ZIMIKAND KE KEBAB
Pounded yam, mixed with coriander, roasted cumin, chilies, raw mango powder and roast gram flour, shallow fried, served with mint and coriander chutney and laccha onion.
If you are not a fan of yam, you must experiment with this one.
