Sanjay Khullar – Managing Director

A highly motivated and self made entrepreneur, Sanjay Khullar is committed to provide guest delight to his esteemed clientele.

From a very young age, he acquired strong business acumen. Beginning his career with The Taj Group of Hotels he continued with Welcomgroup's flagship hotel, Maurya Sheraton where he was responsible for providing high levels of service to all guests.

At Seasons Group, Sanjay concentrates on developing new avenues of growth and is responsible for business development and public relations. His responsibility also demands that the mission of the group is consistently maintained by his team.

Puneet Roy – Chief Executive Officer

Puneet Roy holds a management degree from the Institute of Hotel Management and Welcomgroup. In his 25 years of experience in the industry, he has proven his skills in the field of strategic planning, operations management, business development, quality control and client servicing.

A thorough professional, he has worked for many esteemed organizations like Welcomgroup Hotels and nearly two decades with the Oberoi Group of Hotels and Resorts in senior management positions.

With his experience and excellent communication skills, Puneet as CEO of Seasons Group is responsible for Strategic Planning, Operations, Quality Compliance, Food & Beverage Management, Business Development and Training for the entire group.

Gaurav Soral – Director

With more than a decade of hands-on experience in setting up and running over 7 independent restaurants, Gaurav Soral has the expertise in managing large operations from conceptualizing to execution in all fields of food & beverage, marketing, planning, interiors and team building.

With music as his passion, Gaurav has worked intensively to promote retro rock music in Delhi-NCR through live concerts, performances and shows at the group’s restaurants and the award-winning pub, The Turquoise Cottage of the Orient or TC as is popularly known.

Terence Binge : Executive Director -Operations
Terence Binge commenced his career with the Taj Group of hotels and then moved to Bahrain with a catering company where he gained international exposure in the field. Later, he joined the group as GM operations.

He is responsible for the operations of the catering division of the group and has been the main driving force ensuring highest standards of service and smooth operations of all outdoor and inhouse catering services.

Ashish Gupta: Executive Director - Sales
Ashish Gupta is a thorough sales and marketing professional with years of experience in the hospitality industry with excellent PR skills. He is responsible for the sales and marketing of Seasons Catering services for all outdoor catering, banqueting, Exhibitions, Conference and Annual General Meetings.

Prabal Mazumdar : Executive Director - Production
A hospitality professional with immense Food & Beverage service and food production experience , Prabal manages the entire food production planning , purchasing and quality control for the Seasons catering . He is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, food safety and delivery, the backbone for any successful catering operation.

Yashin Rangorath – Executive Chef
A hotel management graduate from Mumbai, Chef Yashin has hands-on experience in cooking for some of the highly acclaimed organizations. Having worked with Oberoi hotels and resorts as Chef he moved to France to study French gastronomy at Grenoble. There he learnt how to prepare modern French ‘terroir’ cuisine using local ingredients. Then, he moved to Lebanon.

Yashin is presently the Executive Chef at Keva, Dubai.

Vivek Arora : Corporate Chef : Seasons Catering services
A Hotel management graduate with vast experience as Chef in leading hotel chains like Oberoi's and Taj, Vivek specializes in western cuisine and is responsible for upgradation, design and introduction of new cuisines benchmarked to International standards and the latest trends in the industry.

Shaukat Qureshi : Master Chef
Son of a Kitchen Doyen Murad Ali, personal khansama of Nawab of Awadh, Shaukat is an Ace Nawabi & Avadhi Chef himself. Seasons grand-master Indian Chef, Shaukat has had the privilege of personally serving his gourmet cuisine to top dignitaries, Ambassadors and Heads of States. Shaukat is responsible for ensuring authentic Indian cuisines and creating new and innovative dishes to delight all our guests.
